For shipments to Massachusetts, please add 5% sales tax. Exclude shipping and handling fees when calculating sales tax. Use the shipping and handling charges table below to calculate your shipping charges. Orders by personal check will be held for three days before shipping.
Delivery Information within the United States
Shipping is available within the United States and U.S. Territories. Shipment is by US Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made. We make every effort to ship your order quickly. In stock items will be shipped within one business day unless we are at a show meeting our wonderful stitchers. Items ordered together may not be shipped together. Allow 3-5 business days for Priority delivery of in-stock items. 5-10 days by Economy delivery of in-stock items.
United States Priority Shipping and Handling Charges
Less than $30.00 = $5.95
$30.01 - $50.00 = $6.95
$50.01 - $100.00 = $7.95
over $100.00 = $8.95
Economy Delivery in the U.S.
We ship on FRIDAYS ONLY with this shipping rate. Shipping by US First Class Mail by weight is available for telephone orders only. Please call (508) 428-9038 to place your order by credit card and get rates for your zip code and package weight. All weekly orders made by noon EST on Friday will be shipped on Friday afternoon.
Express Delivery In the U.S.
Express overnight orders are only available via phone orders. An additional charge of $14.95 per address will be added to the priority shipping charges. Orders received by noon EST can be sent same day unless we are at a show – please consult our news and events link.
Delivery Information to Canada
Shipping is available by US Global Priority Mail only. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery of shipments to Canada. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery.
Delivery Information to Other International Locations
Shipping is available by US Global Priority Mail only. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery of shipments internationally. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery.
Gift Wrapping
Gifts are wrapped in burgundy tissue, tied with satin ribbon and presented with a special Tokens and Trifles gift card bearing a personalized message. Currently gift wrapping is available by phone orders only. Include $4.95 per gift.
